This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which AHEAD uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “Student”) of AHEAD. This Privacy Policy applies to AHEAD education and counseling services and all Courses offered by AHEAD. At AHEAD, we value your trust and are committed to the responsible management, use and protection of personal information. This notice describes our policy regarding the collection and disclosure of personal information.
Personal information, as used in this notice, means information that identifies an individual personally and is not otherwise publicly available information. It includes personal financial information such as credit history, income, employment history, financial assets, bank account information and financial debts. It also includes your social security number and other information that you have provided us on any applications or forms that you have completed
Personal identification information
We may collect personal identification information from Students in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Students enroll in the School or a Course within AHEAD, subscribe to a newsletter, and in connection with other activities, services, features, or resources we make available within AHEAD's workshops and courses. We will collect personal identification information from Students only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Students can refuse to supply personal identification information but doing so may prevent them from engaging in certain AHEAD related activities and services.
How we use collected information
AHEAD may collect and use Students’ personal identification information for the following purposes:

Information you provide helps us respond to your customer service requests and support needs more efficiently. -

We may use information in the aggregate to understand how our Students as a group use the services and resources provided in our workshop. -
To send periodic emails
We may use Student email addresses to send Students information and updates pertaining to their order. Student email addresses may also be used to respond to Student inquiries, questions, or other requests. - We collect personal information to support our lending operations, financial fitness counseling and to aid you in shopping for and obtaining a home mortgage from a conventional lender. We collect personal information about you from the following sources:

To Whom Do We Disclose

- Financial services providers, such as companies engaged in providing home mortgages, banking services or home equity loans;
- Others, such as nonprofit organizations involved in community development, but only for program review, auditing, research and oversight purposes.

We restrict access to personal information about you to those of our employees who need to know that information to provide products and services to you and to help them to do their jobs, including underwriting and servicing of loans, making loan decisions, aiding you in obtaining loans from others, and financial counseling. We maintain physical and electronic security procedures to safeguard the confidentiality and integrity of personal information in our possession and to guard against unauthorized access. We use locked files, user authentication and detection software to protect your information. Our safeguards comply with federal regulations to guard your personal information.

We do not control the content or links that appear on these websites and are not responsible for the practices employed by websites linked to or from AHEAD. In addition, these websites or services, including their content and links, may be constantly changing. These websites and services may have their own privacy policies and customer service policies. Browsing and interaction on any other website, including websites which have a link to our Student, is subject to that website's own terms and policies.

AHEAD has the discretion to update this Privacy Policy at any time. We encourage Students to frequently check this page for any changes. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this Privacy Policy periodically and become aware of modifications.
Your acceptance of these terms
By enrolling in AHEAD's online courses, you signify your acceptance of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, please do not enroll in this workshop/school. Your continued enrollment in the workshop/school following the posting of changes to this Privacy Policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
